You are only 13, your going to want to do a lot of different things! But what I would say is join a forum, like spectra, and get opinions. You can find good ones in your price range, area and that fit your interest. Just know that makeup artist are lucky to make 250.00 a week when they begin. you don't get into makeup, do makeup for all the biggest people in the industry and thats that.
