Well thats a good enough age to wear make up, but i would keep it veryy light. One thing you should know about make up; dont wear soo much that when you DONT wear it, u look ugly. So you have green eyes, wear light purple (no sparkle) eyeshadow, or gold (with sparkle). This is what i reccommend. I think any color should look nice on you except green shadow. So after shadow, using a pencil eyeliner, line the lash line lightly, not too high on ur eye lid either. Then apply mascara. use a lipstick that matches ur lip color, or gloss. Check out ';Flirt!'; its by MAC about $10, really nice colors. Basically, what you learn is that if you got heavy on the eyes, do light on the lips, and vice versa. to make your eyes stand out buy some eyelash curlers (they are my favourite thing in my makeup bag!) and curl your lask then apply some mascarra..the max factor lash lift is good

okay so I'm thinking about going to cosmo. school to do make up, so i was wondering what type of make up brushes and make up in general i should buy to practice with.Make up school question!?
Well the quality and mainstream brushes are M.A.C brushes. But those run from 30 to 80 dollars. Coastel Scents has some amazing brushes. and also Sigma brushes are very very close to MAC at a much better price and come in sets unlike MAC brushes.Make up school question!?

I always put on my make up in the morning but what make up should I bring for touch ups during the day?

its the first day of school and i am going to 8th grade. i want to look good, but not to overdone...no one really wears to much make up...no dramatic eyeshadows colors either. i want to look good, but with almost no make up. 10 pts best answer! i also want to be able to do this everyday, like i dont want to wear tons of make up on the 1st day, and never wear it again you kno? and it has to get past my mom, who doesnt want me wearing to much. its not agaisnt me religion or anything...but what do u think?What make up should i wear for school everyday?

(once you get the hang of it, this should only take like 5-10 minutes in the morning)
1. begin by covering any imperfections (zits, blemishes, etc.)
to do this cover the blemishes with concealer that matches
your skin tone. also, keep in mind that you can neutralize
blemishes, dark circles, etc. to do this, use opposite colors.
for example, green toned concealers cover red spots (acne)
and yellow toned concealers cover dark spots (dark circles).
physicians formula, sold and drug stores makes great
neutralizing concealers.
if you dont have any imperfections that you would like to cover up, skip this step
also, i think that because this is an everyday look and because of your age, you won't need to wear foundation. but if you do, i would recommend a powder foundation because it is not as heavy and will loo more natural.
another foundation tip: mix 1/2 part liquid foundation with 1/2 part
moisturizer for a more natural and sheer look that is much less heavy then foundation alone.
*tip* if your foundation is too light, add a bit of loose powder bronzer!
2. cheeks
add a small amount of blush to your cheekbones. if you would
like to, you can also apply powder bronzer to the places where
you naturally get tan on your face (cheekbones, forehead, tip
of nose). i recommend a blush/bronzer set from NYColor,
which is sold at target and walmart for a very reasonable $1-3.
bobbi brown also makes a blush/bronzer set which is also
very nice
3. mascara
you don't need eyeliner and you really don't need to wear eye-
shadow all the time. but if you do want to wear eyeliner, apply
it to only the upper eyelids for a more natural, youthful look.
apply mascara to your eyelashes in brown or black.
4. lips
finally apply lipgloss in a color that complements your skin and
makeup
it seems long, but i was very detailed. this beauty routine is really pretty simple. to summarize: concealer, blush/bronzer, mascara,

It's great for first timers...I would also wear some blush, because I am pale..And I would go with some lip gloss, When I was in 8th grade I really liked Bonne-bell lip gloss...and even as a 10th grader...I still wear it! If you are wanting to wear eyeshadow, I would go with a light pink color...its natural looking, and it looks really cute! Hope I helped!

I buy Bare minerals make up. It is 100% natural make up from minerals. It wont damage your skin like the over the counter make ups. In fact, bare minerals logo is: The less, the better. It's a little expensive but you can find great deals at ebay. When you get to ebay, punch in Bare Minerals for great savings! I am sure you are beauttiful, but all this does is enhance it a little bit. Try to stay away from foundation, I think you may be too young for that, but there are glossy lip shades and smoking eye shadows that look fabulous.

Go natual. The people worth being with will remember you not for your looks, but for your personality. Just make sure to be friendly to everybody and not create any enemies the first day.
well i am a freshman and just figured out a great routine. I wear a little concelear and foundation that blend in REALLY GOOD! then i put a TINY bit of eyeliner on my top lid and put on BonBon's light pink eyeshadow. I smtimes put on blush and then i just wear lipgloss. It is soooo perfect. I am sure it would look fantastic on you.

Put little concealer on acne if you have them and to fix little imperfections. Put lip gloss light rose or light red so its not very noticeable and mascara, maybe one that is water-resistant. But keep in mind that its hard to take off. I think you don't need powder or eye shadows or eyeliner.

well i am a freshman and just figured out a great routine. I wear a little concelear and foundation that blend in REALLY GOOD! then i put a TINY bit of eyeliner on my top lid and put on BonBon's light pink eyeshadow. I smtimes put on blush and then i just wear lipgloss. It is soooo perfect. I am sure it would look fantastic on you.

Put little concealer on acne if you have them and to fix little imperfections. Put lip gloss light rose or light red so its not very noticeable and mascara, maybe one that is water-resistant. But keep in mind that its hard to take off. I think you don't need powder or eye shadows or eyeliner.

I was just like you at that age and I did start wearing makeup...TAKE IT FROM ME AND DON'T!!! Keep your natural beauty as long as possible. It is much prettier anyways. You can try wearing some clear lipgloss, but wearing makeup on your face that young will show in your complexion later on down the road.

use almay concealer that matches your skin tone. it is incredible. its about 7.99 but WELL worth the price. pat those on your zits to cover them up or on any blemishes you may have. concealer can also cover up under-eye circles if you get tired. take a plum, navy, grey, or black pencil and on the inside of your eye rims. draw a line that goes from the outside corner inward, but stop when you get to the iris. do not line your entire eye. it is more like half, and only on the bottom. take some NYC brand mascara and only do a swipe or two on your top lashes only. then finish with a cute color (clear or light pink) gloss. if the makeup looks too heavy for you, take it off. only wear whatever amount of makeup is COMFORTABLE to you. you want to ENHANCE your natural beauty, NOT cover it up.

Considering your age (you really have to when it comes to makeup), I would start out very light. Don't just slather on makeup like crazy, because you want makeup to accentuate your features, not cover them up.
I would suggest a mild blush that contours your cheekbones, a muted, pink color lip gloss, and just a touch of mascara. Don't try any eyeliners or foundations, because if you already have clear skin, you really don't need to cover anything up. Eyeliners for a girl your age can really make you look tacky.

You really don't want to wear a foundation. Here is what you should do if you want to have nice looking skin: Get yourself into a good skin routine. Use a cleanser %26amp; possibly a toner %26amp; moisturizer twice a day. Then you won't have to find something to cover the zits. If one brand doesn't work, try another.
From your questions, I can tell you're going to do what ever you want, no matter what your mother says. But if your mother is in agreement, ask her to help you. You might be surprised that she knows a little bit about make up. If not, use a clear to light pink lip gloss.
If you decide to use mascara, do not put it on real heavy..... unless you want to look like a hooker. If you go that route, be prepared to be treated like a hooker. If you go to a dance, then put it on a little heavier. I wouldn't recommend wearing a lot of eye shadow, unless you go to a dance. Then pump your eyes up a little with a goldish/brown eyeshadow.

use almay concealer that matches your skin tone. it is incredible. its about 7.99 but WELL worth the price. pat those on your zits to cover them up or on any blemishes you may have. concealer can also cover up under-eye circles if you get tired. take a plum, navy, grey, or black pencil and on the inside of your eye rims. draw a line that goes from the outside corner inward, but stop when you get to the iris. do not line your entire eye. it is more like half, and only on the bottom. take some NYC brand mascara and only do a swipe or two on your top lashes only. then finish with a cute color (clear or light pink) gloss. if the makeup looks too heavy for you, take it off. only wear whatever amount of makeup is COMFORTABLE to you. you want to ENHANCE your natural beauty, NOT cover it up.

Considering your age (you really have to when it comes to makeup), I would start out very light. Don't just slather on makeup like crazy, because you want makeup to accentuate your features, not cover them up.
I would suggest a mild blush that contours your cheekbones, a muted, pink color lip gloss, and just a touch of mascara. Don't try any eyeliners or foundations, because if you already have clear skin, you really don't need to cover anything up. Eyeliners for a girl your age can really make you look tacky.

You really don't want to wear a foundation. Here is what you should do if you want to have nice looking skin: Get yourself into a good skin routine. Use a cleanser %26amp; possibly a toner %26amp; moisturizer twice a day. Then you won't have to find something to cover the zits. If one brand doesn't work, try another.
From your questions, I can tell you're going to do what ever you want, no matter what your mother says. But if your mother is in agreement, ask her to help you. You might be surprised that she knows a little bit about make up. If not, use a clear to light pink lip gloss.
If you decide to use mascara, do not put it on real heavy..... unless you want to look like a hooker. If you go that route, be prepared to be treated like a hooker. If you go to a dance, then put it on a little heavier. I wouldn't recommend wearing a lot of eye shadow, unless you go to a dance. Then pump your eyes up a little with a goldish/brown eyeshadow.

Well sorta, but it looks natural on me, sometimes you cant even tell, but if you are just starting then powder, (i like almays in light), maybe some concealer by almay in light that is liquid to hide those zits, brown based mascara(bare naturals), Any brown eyeliner but not too heavy, and some frost-white looking eyeshadow.maybe sometimes light brown shadow.

a bigger problem would be putting on to much make-up and getting attention from that. if you start to dress like a slut in 6th grade than by 8th you will be one.
just wear alittle mascara and a light nude shadow to make your face glow.

If you're skin is pretty flawless than dont wear any ';skin colored cream stuff';. if you put that on the wrong way it could make you look like a pancake face. Use light color eye shadows, and don't buy into the idea of matching the color of your eye shadow with your shirt. go with more neutral colors that you can rock with anything.

Curl your lashes before you apply mascara and run a lash comb through it to get rid of clumps. If your in middle school keep it minimal but as you get older you can go for more makeup. Eyeliner works good In both liquid and pencil . Make your eybrows plucked and trimmed. Use lipgloss or lipbalm BUT NO lipstck, especially in red. Thats for older people.

i wore make up at the time: but just the light silver and mascara like i said before. so it wasnt noticeable, but i liked the way it looked.

if youl like heavy makeup use some black and light purples. (HEAVY MASCARA IS AMAZING)
clean: apply a peach shadow to the brow bone, then a light or dark brown the the entire lide that wings out just a tad, add some greens and oranges to the inner or outer corner of the eye, and add some black eye liner
dark: blend, Blend, BLEND some black shadow to the corner of your eye open your eys and you will see it gives you a soft but dark look to your eye, then blend a just a little bit of black or n e other dark color lightly to the lid (option: liquid liner would look fantastic from inner to outer corner)
for your hair if its long and curly, make a side ponytail that rests on your shoulders with a ribbon.
if you have bangs, you can also wear ribbon in your hair as a head band or a regular band with your hair teased in the back so it looks poofy in the back

This hairstyle is super-easy to do. All you need are some bobby pins, a little hairspray and a curling iron. If your hair is naturally very curly, you will need to blow-dry it straight first. Don鈥檛 worry about getting it perfect, this look works best if your hair has a little wave to it.

You can get black eyeliner and barely line against your lashes and flare it out and into your bottom lashes towards the end, and when you apply mascara it will make your lashes look thicker.
I use light pink sparkle shadow from MAC. It brings out my eyes very well and makes them look lighter.
I also love MAC lipglass Underage. It's a really pretty pink.

If i were you i would ease into all the make-up. maybe some natural colours such as browns golds and greens. I don't know what you look like but i have fair skin and red hair, so i wear trublend foundation by cover girl, cheeky blush. I use tons of mascara, i use lots of eye shadow too. i can't really show you all my techniques considering were on the computer but they have awesome make-up lessons at london drugs or the bay and sears. they can show you awesome ways to apply your make-up and whats best for you. if you can't afford to get shown professionally, what you do is go to your closet look at all the colours and the colour you wear the most should be Incorporated into your make-up
when you go to school you want to keep the makeup light and natural. It shud look fresh instead of layered onto your face, pick your best facial feautre and go with that, if you hav nice eyes focus ur makeup on your eyes, but keep it soft, and u cud still use lipgloss too, for school ide just go for chapstick or a soft lipstock, one with more color than gloss so that u can see the color rather than having ur lips looked grease on

No one likes when people look like they just came off the streets!
If young-avoid heavy foundation, you don't need it and it will possibly give you pimples! Perhaps light powder, lip gloss and mascara. Not alot-ew, too much looks tacky! Wear sunblock to keep your skin in great shape!!!!!!!!!!! Fake tan/bronzer not laying out, as that equals leather face.
well for a beginner is probably best to start with the basics like:

then work your way to color with:

some slightly shimmery nude eyeshadow that you won't even notice unless in bright light. pretty brown, cream, light beige colors are fab. (makes ur eyes really pretty and pop!) concealer for those under eye circles and a little little bit for breakouts. i would use orgins quick hide! it doesn't cause breakouts just hides em beautifully. plumping clear lip gloss! DuWop lip venom is great [= tiny bit of bronzer or pale pink on cheeks on sunny days. lots of mascara! i use L'oreal volume shocking in brown. Comb ur eyebrows a bit with clear mascara from maybelline. overall it sounds like some steps but it looks completely natural and u look pretty without trying so hard or at least seeming effortless. im in highschool and i do this daily. hope i helped! xx

i just got some new make up and when school starts i want to wear make up but not too much so that if i cant get it on one day i will look bad. simple yet pretty. ideas (: i have fair skin with freckles and brownish red hair with dark brown eyes. goin into 8th grade.I need School make up ideas?
I suggest something light. You young and you don't want to put on heavy make up to hid your beauty! Some girls who where in my 8th grade class.. They where ridiculous. Lime green eyeshadow up to their brow.. =/ lol =]

I'm a sophmore and i only wear some eyeliner sometimes some eyeshadow and very rarely mascara because i have weight training everyday and i might sweat it off on my face.
Only wear foundation IF YOU NEED IT.
it does cause the skin to age quickly and also it clogs pores.
mineral foundation is the best
if you use liquid, apply it to your skin but then breath into your hands to make it warm and rub it around your face.
this causes the friction to help give you even skin and also makes it look like you're not wearing any

It sounds like I wear alot, but I dont. Its noticable but natural looking. My look is kind of fresh and shimmery looking. So yeah, the key to wearing makeup is to make it look like your not wearing alot, because wearing tons of makeup looks trashy.

i jus wear eyeliner and mascara and sometimes eye shadow but i only have one color and thats grey so i where grey eye shadow on days that i wear greyy lol. im not really that into the whole eye shadow thing. but eyeliner and mascara are a must for me ;)
use a cotton call with toner, and a brush with foundation. i wear a bit of foundation, powder, white eyeshadow, black eyeliner, and a lip gloss. thats it.
i wear the whole enchilada.

well your not that young, you have 2 more years till high school.
im in 8th grade. and in 7th i just wore mascara because it usually popped my eyes real big, and my lashes were long and black.
but that's all i wore.
for you, you could start with a little bit of eyeliner at the bottom of your eye lip. and a bit of mascara, and if you have zits, or pimples, no need to worry, you could cover it up with cover up ha. and remember, if you want to wear make up, stay clean. and wash your face every night.
and for your parents to let, talk them about it saying your getting older, into your TEENager years, and your not going to wear dready make up, just a little bit.

You can buy clear mascara anywhere; Walmart, Target, just about anywhere that sells makeup. Buy some, wear that and maybe some clear lip gloss as well. Your parents will be happy because it won't look overdone. :]
No makeup doesnt cause wrinkles. The only way it will is if you dont wash it off every night. If your worried about it absorbing into your skin make sure all products that you use say non comodegenic (which means they wont clog pores) When i went into 7th grade I wore coverup for zits, clear mascara and a little bit of eyeliner just in the corners with lip gloss.

I am looking for a natural make up look for back - to - school. I am 13 and am cutting back on make up. I used to wear makeup including concealer, fondation, powder, eyeshadow, eyeliner, mascara (curled), blush and shimmer powder. and btw i have acne problems and i don't wear that all at the smae time. so i am not a make up junkie. Just wear a light dusting of powder to take off any shine, a tiny bit of brown eyeliner and a moisturising un-coloured, un-glossy lip balm to give your lips a healthy glow.Ntural 8th grade back to school make up help
I'm thinking skip the cover up, foundation etc. But totally finely line your eyes on the outer corners, both upper and lower lids about two-thirds of the way with grey, brown or black liner (depends on how obvious you wanna be).
then use some light eyeshadow (like, silver, light blue, white, or my favourite cream) and smudge it on the inner corners (lower and upper) of your eyes, not too obvious, and blend it in with the eyeliner a bit.
It makes your eyes look bigger and rounder. It's my absolute favourite way to do understated makeup. add some mascara if you want.
Just for fun you could line the outer rims with a bright colour, like lime green or pink.
It is always best for you to wear a natural looking make up when going to school.. you wouldn't want to look overrated for your looks would you?
and now you have these acne problems... uhhh.. the simplest way to get rid of it is avoid the over use of make up ... some ingredients of the make up worsen your skin ....and thus ending like a rotten face..
i suggest you try make ups good for sensitive or oily skin..
you use foundation right? uhmmm... the sponge you use there must be replaced at least 3 - 4 weeks... because we don't know what dirt does it have... and then you apply it to your face...
for regular days.... use loose powder.. :) i suggest it... since you still have young skin.. :) then just re-apply once in awhile..

How can i make up failed credits from public school once im in homeschool?
When i was in public high school i got mostly good grades but failed all of my classes one semester because of medical reasons. This year i will be a junior and i want to be homeschooled i either want to be in a correspondence school or just do traditional homeschool.
